Terms of the Offer
In order to qualify for the rebate, the eligible new
tape library and media packs must be purchased at the same time, and
appear on the same IBM invoice. The completed and signed
rebate
request form (PDF, 32KB), along with
a legible copy of the IBM invoice for the eligible new tape server and
media packs, must be received by the IBM Redemption Center no later than
February 28, 2007.
U.S. Federal, State, or Local government customers are
not eligible for this rebate.
In Canada, you are responsible for all applicable taxes
such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), Quebec Sales Tax (QST), and other
sales or value-added taxes which are extra.
IBM controls all terms of this offer.
IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this
promotion at any time.
This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions
of any applicable agreements.
Start and/or end dates
IBM invoices for the eligible products must have a date
of on or after August 15, 2006, but no later than December 31, 2006.
Rebate request forms must be received by IBM no later than February 28,
2007.
